Thank you for visiting our site! We created the concept of Healthy Is Simple through the trials and tribulations of our own lives. There have been so many lessons learned throughout our 26 years of marriage, raising two daughters, and making a complete change of lifestyle as empty nesters. Aging well mentally and physically while staying fulfilled personally in our lives is an ongoing journey that we want to share.

Healthy Is Simple is not meant to imply that being healthy is easy. In fact, doing the right things consistently that is HARD! But “healthy” is a simple concept. of quality and quantity of INPUT (nutrition, sleep, self care). The frequency and intensity of OUTPUT (exercise, action, routine). Making your health and fitness a PRIORITY, and investing the TIME necessary to see results. These are the four simple pieces to the puzzle that impact your ability to get and stay healthy.
